Eligibility Requirements - Applicants must reside in Lake County or the immediate surrounding vicinity and have a total household income that does not exceed 150% of the applicable Federal Poverty Level. Applicants must complete the application accurately and provide supporting documentation when requested.

Application Period - Applications open annually on September 1 and close on November 15. Applications must be submitted by the deadline to be considered for that year's Christmas assistance program.

Limit on Assistance - Generally, no more than two (2) applications for assistance per household will be considered within any five (5)-year period, beginning at the conclusion of the most recently approved assistance application.

Types of Assistance - Assistance may include children's Christmas gifts, clothing, and other approved donated goods, subject to availability and program guidelines.

In-Kind Assistance Only - The Foundation provides in-kind assistance only. Cash, gift cards, checks, direct financial payments, or other forms of monetary assistance will not be provided.

Application Review and Approval - All applications are subject to eligibility verification and review. Assistance is not guaranteed and depends on demonstrated need, program priorities, and available resources. Applications may be approved, marked pending, or denied.

Applicant Responsibilities - Applicants must provide truthful information, submit required documentation, and respond to requests for clarification. False or misleading information may result in denial or disqualification.

Privacy and Non-Discrimination - Applicant information will be handled confidentially and used for legitimate program purposes. All applications will be evaluated fairly and without unlawful discrimination.

Final Authority - The Foundation reserves the right to verify eligibility, determine the type and amount of assistance provided, and establish program procedures consistent with its charitable mission and applicable law.
